About the Event
World Music Cafe presents an exceptional ‘Dinner & Show’ cabaret concert with Sino Swing gypsy jazz and Salama Reunionese Maloya music and dance, plus a three-course supper-club banquet of international cuisine.
Sino Swing play upbeat Parisian swing classics with a unique Eastern flavour featuring the Chinese erhu, violin, double bass, and fingerpicked guitar.
Salama is a dynamic vocal, dance percussion group performing traditional Maloya music from the Indian Ocean islands and features members from La Reunion, Mauritius, Seychelles, Madagascar, all singing in Malagsy and Creole languages.
Celebrating the start of Harmony Week, this wonderful World Music Cafe concert in Kalamunda showcases the incredible range and quality of music and culture within our community.
